In the UK, we contribute an average of £325 to our private pension pots each month — but which gender saves the most? A total of 5% of men and women were able to contribute over £5,000 to their pension pot each month in Q3 2016. At the other end of the spectrum, looking at who added nothing to their pension pots: this amounted to 41% of women and 30% of men.
